释义	法律分析：如果没有签订正式合同之前那么定金是不会退的，因为个人原因想要退出加盟的那么定金不返还，如果没有正式签订合同，没有使用对方经营资源，可以要求退款。如果有合同，根据加盟协议确定，符合条件也是可以退的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十七条债务人履行债务的，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，无权请求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，应当双倍返还定金。
