入职合同三年后必须要干满三年吗？

法律分析：
三年的劳动合同不意味着我们就一定要在公司干满三年的合同期限。是可以提出辞职的，提前解除劳动合同的。劳动合同的解除分为劳动者与用人单位协商解除、劳动者单方解除和用人单位单方解除三种。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十六条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
