变道打转向灯追尾谁的责任

释义

法律主观：

变道不打转向灯导致追尾的，一般是不打转向灯的驾驶者的责任。变道时，一定要提前打方向灯，并观察后车的车速和反应，在车距和速度合适的情况下再完成变道。

法律客观：

    《道路交通安全法实施条例》第五十七条
    机动车应当按照下列规定使用转向灯：
    （一）向左转弯、向左变更车道、准备超车、驶离停车地点或者掉头时，应当提前开启左转向灯；
    （二）向右转弯、向右变更车道、超车完毕驶回原车道、靠路边停车时，应当提前开启右转向灯。
