释义	法律分析：无证驾驶拘留通知家属。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百零八条拘留后，应当在二十四小时内制作《拘留通知书》，送达被拘留人家属或者单位，但有下列情形之一的，经县级以上公安机关负责人批准，可以不予通知：（一）同案的犯罪嫌疑人可能逃跑，隐匿、毁弃或者伪造证据的；（二）不讲真实姓名、住址，身份不明的；（三）其他有碍侦查或者无法通知的。上述情形消除后，应当立即通知被拘留人的家属或者他的所在单位。对没有在二十四小时内通知的，应当在拘留通知书中注明原因。
