释义	法律分析：遗嘱部分无效的,无效的部分不处理,有效部分处理的财产依旧会按照遗嘱进行分配。一般遗嘱部分无效都是被继承人在遗嘱中处分了不是自己的财产,因此只需要将这一部分无权处分的部分从遗嘱中删选出去,其余的部分依照正常的程序处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思,受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的,篡改的内容无效。
