释义	遗嘱是会部分无效的。下列情形会导致遗嘱部分无效：1、遗嘱中未留特留份而导致遗嘱部分无效。2、遗嘱没有给胎儿保留继承份额，导致遗嘱部分无效。3、立遗嘱人生前已处分了遗嘱涉及的财产，导致遗嘱无效或部分无效。4、遗嘱处分的他人的财产导致遗嘱无效。《民法典》第一千一百四十三条，无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条。
