释义	公司在任何情况下都不能查员工的银行流水。银行流水属于个人隐私，除了司法机关授权，任何机构或个人都没有私自查阅个人的银行流水的权利，如果查阅，则属于侵犯他人隐私。法律依据《宪法》第九条，国家保护公民的合法收入、储蓄、房屋和其他生活资料的所有权。个人将合法收入存入银行的存款，归个人所有，不得侵犯；银行实行存款自愿，取款自由，为储户保密的原则。银行工作人员对储户的存款情况，应严守秘密，不得泄露，违反者视其情节轻重追究责任。
