释义	法律分析：最好还是不要让别人用你的银行卡走账，钱都在一个账里，是没办法区分谁的钱是谁的，如果你把别人的那部分钱取走，那你是有可能构成侵占的。法律依据：《银行卡业务管理办法》第二十八条个人申领银行卡(储值卡除外)，应当向发卡银行提供公安部门规定的本人有效身份证件，经发卡银行审查合格后，为其开立记名账户在中国境内金融机构开立基本存款账户的单位，应当凭中国人民银行核发的开户许可证申领单位卡行卡及其账户只限经发卡银行批准的持卡人本人使用，不得出租和转借。
