释义	兄弟姐妹有互相扶养的义务，但是这个义务是附条件的，即只有在父母已经死亡或父母无力扶养的情况下，且兄、姐有负担能力的，兄、姐才对未成年的弟、妹有扶养义务；只有弟、妹是被兄、姐抚养长大的，在兄、姐缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的情况下，弟、妹才对兄、姐有扶养义务。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零七十五条，有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。
