罪犯在监狱劳动有无报酬，要看是判处什么刑罚。判处管制的犯罪分子，在劳动中应当同工同酬，判处拘役的犯罪分子参加劳动，可以酌量发给报酬，而判处有期徒刑和无期徒刑的，劳动改造是没有报酬的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国监狱法》 第七十二条 监狱对参加劳动的罪犯，应当按照有关规定给予报酬并执行国家有关劳动保护的规定。
