释义	法律分析: 会的，被执行人未按执行通知书指定的期间履行生效法律文书确定的给付义务的，人民法院可以采取限制消费措施，限制其高消费及非生活或者经营必需的有关消费。被限制高消费时间长了不会自动撤销;拒不执行法院生效法律文书或者是自己有偿还能力而拒不偿还的都是被限制高消费。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于限制被执行人高消费的若干规定》第二条人民法院决定采取限制消费措施时，应当考虑被执行人是否有消极履行、规避执行或者抗拒执行的行为以及被执行人的履行能力等因素。
