释义	公安机关原来所做的笔录不能申请消除。在一定年限之后，有的地方规定两年，也有规定五年的，当事人没有重新犯罪的，原来的笔录就会被清理销毁。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百八十三条经过侦查，发现具有下列情形之一的，应当撤销案件：（一）没有犯罪事实的；（二）情节显著轻微、危害不大，不认为是犯罪的；（三）犯罪已过追诉时效期限的；（四）经特赦令免除刑罚的；
