和军人离婚流程是怎样的

军人离婚需要下列相关手续： 1、应由所在部队政治机关领导先进行军内调解； 2、调解不成的，政治机关方可出具同意现役军人离婚的证明； 3、然后一方或者双方携带此证明材料到法院诉讼离婚或协议离婚。

法律客观：

《民法典》第一千零七十八条婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿离婚，并已经对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的，予以登记，发给离婚证。第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
