释义	法律分析：在物业方面的法律规定中，物业用房是开发商在进行建设的时候，就需要规划出来的一处地方，是不可以将物业用房作为房产来进行买卖的，不然是违法的。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第三十条建设单位应当按照规定在物业管理区域内配置必要的物业管理用房。第六十七条建设单位不按照规定在物业管理区域内部按照规定配置必要的物业管理用房的，由县级以上房地产行政管理部门责令限期改正，给予警告，没收违法所得，并处10万元以上50万元以下的罚款。
