自己写的离婚协议书可以去法院离婚吗
释义
法院离婚调解协议自己写不可以，协议书应该由法院出具。如果调解的内容是确定调解离婚的，调解书经双方当事人签收后，婚姻关系解除。离婚调解书与判决书具有同等的法律效力，调解书经双方当事人签收后，当事人双方之间的婚姻关系结束。
【法律依据】
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十七条
调解达成协议，人民法院应当制作调解书。调解书应当写明诉讼请求、案件的事实和调解结果。调解书由审判人员、书记员署名，加盖人民法院印章，送达双方当事人。调解书经双方当事人签收后，即具有法律效力。
