释义	法律分析：重婚主要指同时拥有两段以及两段以上婚姻。法律规定有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为则为重婚。所谓有配偶，是指男人有妻、女人有夫，而且这种夫妻关系未经法律程序解除尚在存续的，即为有配偶的人;如果夫妻关系已经解除，或者因配偶一方死亡夫妻关系自然消失，即不再是有配偶的人。所以在明知他人有配偶的前提下而与之结婚，触犯了刑法规定，属于犯罪行为，会被追究刑事责任。法律依据：第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
