异地交了医保本地不需要交的，有了医保可以不用交新农合，而且在报销的时候新农合和单位医保是不得同时参加和重复享受待遇。根据政策，职工医疗保险、居民医疗保险、新型农村合作医疗均属国家三网组成部分，财政均进行相应补贴。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国社会保险法》 第三十二条 个人跨统筹地区就业的，其基本医疗保险关系随本人转移，缴费年限累计计算。因此，新农合与基本医疗保险，只能享受其中一种。目前新农合参合农民在省内跨区域看病时，出院即可即时报销。
