释义	法律分析：无限防卫权只要在正当防卫的范围内实施，不需要负任何法律责任。也就是说，无限防卫权的享有者对加害人本人实施的任何防卫行为，包括致加害人死亡的行为都无需负任何责任，但超出此范围，如对加害人的亲友的伤害或者基于报复对其财物的损害都要负相应的责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十一条因正当防卫造成损害的，不承担民事责任。正当防卫超过必要的限度，造成不应有的损害的，正当防卫人应当承担适当的民事责任。
