释义	法律分析: 1、留置送达，是指受送达人无理拒收诉讼文书时，送达人依法将诉讼文书放置在受送达人的住所并产生送达的法律效力的送达方式。 2、留置送达时，要有见证人在场，能够证明相关事实。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十九条受送达人或者他的同住成年家属拒绝接受诉讼文书的。送达人应当邀请有关基层组织或者所在单位的代表到场，说明情况，在送达回证上记明拒收事由和日期，由送达人、见证人签名或者盖章，把诉讼文书留在受送达人的住所，即视为送达。
