法律分析：
如果是在借贷双方协商一致的情况下收取服务费的，则是合法的。根据《合同法》第426条规定，居间人促成合同成立的，委托人应当按照约定支付报酬。贷款安全是商业银行面临的首要问题；贷款的利率及利息的计收。贷款人应当按照央行规定的贷款利率的上下限，确定每笔贷款的利率，并在借款合同中记载清楚。有权拒绝借款合同以外的附加条件，例如贷款行或贷款具体经办人向借款人索取金钱、财物或免费服务等好处、回扣，以及其他任何形式的回报等。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国商业银行法》 第四条 商业银行以安全性、流动性、效益性为经营原则，实行自主经营、自担风险、自负盈亏、自我约束。
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百八十条 禁止高利放贷，借款的利率不得违反国家有关规定。
《根据最高人民法院关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》 第六条 民间借贷的利率可以适当高于银行的利率，但最高不得超过银行同类贷款利率的四倍(包含利率本数)。
