债务承担就是债务转移吗
释义
法律分析：债务承担不是债务转移的。债务转移就是指债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给其他人，但应当经过债权人的同意，未经同意的，债务是不能转移的；但债务承担是指债务应当由谁承担的，注重的是谁来偿还这个债务，跟债务转移是不一样的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百五十一条 债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
