释义	法律分析: 实质审查通过后进入三个月的公告，如果商标的审核中未通过审核，将给予驳回，对于国家局驳回的理由不服，可以申请驳回复审，进入驳回复审程序。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国商标法》第二十八条对申请注册的商标，商标局应当自收到商标注册申请文件之日起九个月内审查完毕，符合本法有关规定的，予以初步审定公告。第二十九条在审查过程中，商标局认为商标注册申请内容需要说明或者修正的，可以要求申请人做出说明或者修正。申请人未做出说明或者修正的，不影响商标局做出审查决定。
