问题	民法典如何认定阴阳合同的效力
释义	民法典认定阴阳合同的效力为阴阳合同分为阴合同和阳合同，阴阳合同中的阳合同因不体现当事人的真实意思而不发生法律效力；阴合同是当事人的真实意思表示而认定为有效合同，阴合同只要内容合法，同样受到法律保护。法律依据《民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。注《民法典》将于2021年1月1日起施行。该内容由闫园律师和点行律询共创回答
