释义	法律分析：没收财产，是指剥夺犯罪人个人财产，无偿收归国有的一种刑罚方法。财产刑的一种。现代各国刑法对没收财产的规定，有两种情况，一种是没收犯罪者个人的财产。另一种除了没收犯罪者个人的财产以外，还包括没收犯罪所得财物、违禁品及犯罪工具。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第五十九条没收财产是没收犯罪分子个人所有财产的一部或者全部。没收全部财产的，应当对犯罪分子个人及其扶养的家属保留必需的生活费用。在判处没收财产的时候，不得没收属于犯罪分子家属所有或者应有的财产。
