释义	法律分析：如果债务人失踪不到两年，可以延长诉讼时效，债权人在诉讼时效期限内，可直接向债务人原居住地或者财产所在地的人民法院提起诉讼，追计债款。如果债务人失踪两年以上，那么可以申请宣告失踪，由代管人从失踪人的财产中支付借款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四十条公民下落不明满两年的，利害关系可以向人民法院申请宣告他为失踪人。第四十一条失踪人的财产由他的配偶、父母或者关系密切的其他亲属、朋友代管。失踪人所欠税款、债务和应付的其他费用，由代管人从失踪的财产中支付。
