农村公益性公墓管理办法

法律主观：
第一条为加强公墓管理，根据《关于殡葬管理的暂行规定》和有关规定制定本办法。 第二条在火葬区，要提倡骨灰深埋、撒放等一次性处理，也可经批准有计划地建立骨灰公墓。在土葬改革区，应有计划地建立遗体公墓或骨灰公墓。 第三条公墓是为城乡居民提供安葬骨灰和遗体的公共设施。公墓分为公益性公墓和经营性公墓。公益性公墓是为农村村民提供遗体或骨灰安葬服务的公共墓地。经营性公墓是为城镇居民提供骨灰或遗体安葬实行有偿服务的公共墓地，属于第三产业。
