释义	法律分析：行政拘留不影响，但是如果被刑事处罚会影响孩子征兵的政审，父母有危害国家安全活动的违法犯罪，子女与其没有划清界限的；父母被判处死刑或者正在服刑的。但如果在公检法或者部队单位的，要求要严格一些，父母有犯罪行为的，都会影响政审；如果父母有过判刑记录的，会直接影响政审。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
