释义	如果仅凭借共犯的一致的口供没有其他证据印证或者支撑的一般不能认定为有罪。反之如果有其他证据能够作证或者支撑的，可以认定为有罪。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于适用的解释》第一百零六条根据被告人的供述、指认提取到了隐蔽性很强的物证、书证，且被告人的供述与其他证明犯罪事实发生的证据相互印证燃段，并排除串供皮唤誉、逼供链毕、诱供等可能性的，可以认定被告人有罪。
