释义	法律分析: 电梯安装工死亡一般事故发生由电梯管理者和物业公司负责。雇佣关系以外的第三人造成雇员人身损害的，赔偿权利人可以请求第三人承担赔偿责任，也可以请求雇主承担赔偿责任。雇主承担赔偿责任后，可以向第三人追偿。《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》第八十八条违反本法规定，未经许可，擅自从事电梯维护保养的，责令停止违法行为，处一万元以上十万元以下罚款；有违法所得的，没收违法所得。电梯的维护保养单位未按照本法规定以及安全技术规范的要求，进行电梯维护保养的，依照前款规定处罚。
