释义	法律分析: 肖像权是公民可以同意或不同意他人利用自己肖像的权利。肖像权是自然人所享有的对自己的肖像上所体现的人格利益为内容的一种人格权。肖像权包括公民有权拥有自己的肖像，拥有对肖像的制作专有权和使用专有权，公民有权禁止他人非法使用自己的肖像权或对肖像权进行损害、玷污。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零一十八条自然人享有肖像权，有权依法制作、使用、公开或者许可他人使用自己的肖像。肖像是通过影像、雕塑、绘画等方式在一定载体上所反映的特定自然人可以被识别的外部形象。
