车库能卖给小区业主之外的人吗？

法律分析：
车位、车库作为建筑物的附属设施，应首先满足小区业主的需要。该小区的车位、车库应由业主法定共有。小区车位，只有在满足业主所需车位后且有剩余时，开发商才可以允许业主以外的人使用小区的车位。但开发商不能通过出售等方式转移车位所有权，只可以通过出租方式给业主之外的人。开发商将车位出租给业主之外的人时，不得影响小区正常的物业管理。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百七十六条 建筑区划内，规划用于停放汽车的车位、车库应当首先满足业主的需要。
