释义	法律分析：追诉时效期限的起算方式为：犯罪行为的追诉时效根据具体的情况认定。一般的案件追诉时效是从行为人实施犯罪行为之日起计算。对于犯罪行为存在连续的状态，此时犯罪行为的追诉时效从犯罪行为实行完毕之日起计算。对于在追诉期限内又实施新的犯罪，这时追诉期限从后一犯罪行为终止之日起计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十九条追诉期限的计算与中断追诉期限从犯罪之日起计算；犯罪行为有连续或者继续状态的，从犯罪行为终了之日起计算。在追诉期限以内又犯罪的，前罪追诉的期限从犯后罪之日起计算。
