释义	法律分析：断绝父母子女关系的协议是无效的。具有血缘关系的亲生父母子女是最近的直系血亲，其亲属关系是基于血缘形成的。自然血亲的亲属关系因出生而产生，因死亡而消灭。所谓消灭，是指法律上终止了权利、义务关系。既然在父母离婚的情况下都不能消除与子女的关系，那么，自然血亲的父母子女关系，也就自然不能通过法律手段予以解除，也不能通过登报声明或双方协议而消灭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
