释义	是可以的，法律只规定公务员不能经商，没有规定公务员的直系亲属不能经商。但不能在甲妻权限和只能范围内经营，防止泄漏内部消息。相关法律条文是《公务员法》第五十三条公务员必须遵守纪律，不得有下列行为： (十四)从事或者参与营利性活动，在企业或者其他营利性组织中兼任职务； (十六)违反纪律的其他行为。这条并不是单单规定公务员不能以自己的名义进行工商登记，而是规定公务员不能参与营利性活动，显然签订经济合同肯定是参与了营利性活动了。有没有参与营利性活动也是纪律部门经过调查认定的。
