释义	法律分析：公司不经营了，营业执照是不会自动注销的。只有等到公司登记机关，发现公司不按照规定接受年度检验，经行政处罚并限期接受年度检验；逾期仍不接受年度检验的，吊销营业执照。或是工商监管人员发现你公司无正当理由，超过自行停业连续6个月以上时，吊销营业执照。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二百二十五条公司成立后无正当理由超过6个月未开业的，或者开业后自行停业连续6个月以上的，由公司登记机关吊销营业执照。
