释义	法律分析：网络食品交易第三方平台提供者、入网食品生产经营者提供虚假信息的，由县级以上地方食品药品监督管理部门责令改正，处1万元以上3万元以下罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第一百四十四条违反本法规定，县级以上人民政府食品药品监督管理、卫生行政、质量监督、农业行政等部门有下列行为之一的，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员给予记大过处分；情节较重的，给予降级或者撤职处分；情节严重的，给予开除处分；造成严重后果的，其主要负责人还应当引咎辞职。
