释义	如果没跨年，注销工商的时候印鉴没被收走，账户就能继续用;如果遇到要求提供跨年度，工商年检的执照副本，就不能用了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第四十一条公司解散，依法应当清算的，清算组应当自成立之日起10日内将清算组成员、清算组负责人名单向公司登记机关备案。公司将依法被吊销营业执照、责令关闭或者被撤销，公司申请注销登记，应当提交公司清算组负责人签署的注销登记申请书。
