释义	1、缴纳诉讼费需要到法院指定的银行办理。在网上缴纳后，可以到银行柜台将单据打印出来，拿着单据去法院换发票。2、发票是收款单位向交款人出具的单据，发票上必须盖有法院的公章。只有法院可以出具诉讼费发票。其他任何单据都不得视为法院的发票。法律依据：《中华人民共和国诉讼费用交纳办法》第五十二条诉讼费用的交纳和收取制度应当公示。人民法院收取诉讼费用按照其财务隶属关系使用国务院财政部门或者省级人民政府财政部门印制的财政票据。
