公安局与司法局的区别哪个权力级别比较高？

区别：公安局是公安机关的组织形式，是主管公安工作的政府下设职能部门。司法局是政府的司法行政机关，是政府宣传管理法律的专业职能部门。
司法局和公安局都属于国家机关，公安局与司法局不存在权力大小的区别，只是行政职能划分不同而已。
