释义	法律分析：刑拘了不一定会被判刑。刑事拘留只是在刑事诉讼中的一种强制措施，和最后法院是否判刑是没有联系的。一般情况下，在犯罪嫌疑人被刑事拘留后，公安机关还应当进行侦查，如果侦查机关发现没有犯罪事实的，就会立即解除其刑事拘留。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百六十三条在侦查过程中，发现不应对犯罪嫌疑人追究刑事责任的，应当撤销案件；犯罪嫌疑人已被逮捕的，应当立即释放，发给释放证明，并且通知原批准逮捕的人民检察院。
