释义	法律分析: 借条更改日期依旧生效。更改了还款日期不代表借条就无效了，只不过债权人或债务人私自更改还款日期的这种行为是无效的。比如债权人私自更改了还款日期，对于债务人来讲，债务人只需要按照原来约定的还款日期还款就行了，双方都同意的情况下才能更改还款日期。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；意思表示真实；不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
