释义	法律分析：很多单位遇到周六或周天不发工资是有原因的。因为与银行对接的财务人员周六周天也是属于休息状态，总不能让财务人员周六周天再来加班发工资吧。有的单位做得比较好，一旦发现发薪日是周六或周天的，薪资会提前到周五发放，这不是每一家单位都能做到的，就要看单位是否以人为本了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
