释义	法律分析：调解书是由法院制作的确认当事人的调解协议的法律文书，调解书送达当事人并经其签收以后即生效。如果在签收之前一方或双方当事人反悔，不愿签收调解书，则调解书不生效。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百零一条当事人对已经发生法律效力的调解书，提出证据证明调解违反自愿原则或者调解协议的内容违反法律的，可以申请再审。经人民法院审查属实的，应当再审。
