释义	法律分析: 两者区别:除名,部队承认其当兵的经历。开除军籍,则是部队不承认其当兵的经历。法律依据: 《中国人民解放军纪律条令》第一百七十条义务兵违反纪律，有下列情形之一的，应当除名：（一）无正当理由，坚持要求提前退出现役，且经常拒不履行职责，经批评教育仍不改正的；（二）擅离部队或者无故逾假不归累计15日以上的；（三）被依法追究刑事责任，但不适用本条令第一百七十一条规定给予开除军籍处分的。
