释义	法律分析：不合法。劳动者在职期间，用人单位给劳动者提供工作服、安全帽等相关福利或者劳保用品，保障劳动者的人身安全，改善劳动者的工作条件，视为用人单位为劳动者提供的劳动条件，由此而产生的费用，应当由用人单位承担，不能从劳动者的工资中扣除，不能将其计算在最低工资标准之内。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九条用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。
