释义	个体公章不可以自己刻，公章不是由工商局发放的，个体户在取得工商营业执照后的一个月内，由本人亲自前往公安机关办理公章准刻手续。首次刻章，需提供以下材料到行政服务中心公安窗口备案: 营业执照副本原件； ②法人身份证原件； ③法人本人办理的，需提供法人委托书(亲笔签名加盖私章)。法律依据：《印章治安管理办法》第五条，任何单位和个人禁止买卖印章，不得非法制作、使用印章。
