释义	趁人之危合同可撤销。所谓乘人之危的合同，是指行为人利用他人的危难处境或紧迫需要，为牟取不正当利益，迫使对方违背自己的真实意愿而订立的合同。一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。【法律依据】《民法典》第一百五十一条，一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
