问题	产假中的难产怎么界定
释义	难产是指由于各种原因而使分娩的开口期(第一阶段)尤其是胎儿排出期(第二阶段)时间明显延长，如不进行人工助产则母体难于或者不能排出胎儿的产科疾病。难产如果处理不当，不仅能引起母畜生殖道疾病，影响以后的繁殖力，而且可能会危及母体及胎儿的生命。产假规定： 1、女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天； 2、难产，增加产假15天； 3、生育多胞胎，每多生育1个婴儿，增加产假15天； 4、怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假； 5、怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
