房屋赠与经公证后还能撤销吗？

法律分析：
经过公证过的房产赠与合同一般是不得撤销的，但因房产所有权对外以登记为准，所以房产登记的所有权人可以进行买卖房屋，虽受赠人可以依赠与合同维护权益，但未及时办理房产过户对受赠人也有一定的法律风险。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百五十八条 赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同,不适用前款规定。
