释义	法律分析：虐待俘虏罪是指虐待俘虏，情节恶劣的行为。涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案:(一)指挥人员虐待俘虏的;(二)虐待俘虏三人以上，或者虐待俘虏三次以上的;(三)虐待俘虏手段特别残忍的;(四)虐待伤病俘虏的;(五)导致俘虏自杀、逃跑等严重后果的;(六)造成恶劣影响的;(七)有其他恶劣情节的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百四十八条虐待俘虏，情节恶劣的，处三年以下有期徒刑
